The Board of Trustees
As stated in Section 3.6 of the SS Peter and Paul Constitution: Trustees - ...It shall be the duty of the Trustees to administer all property
belonging to the congregation, to negotiate contracts, accept and receive grants and bequests,
sign documents, represent the congregation in legal matters, and in short transact all the business of the congregation asssigned to them
by the Church Council or the voters. The congregation is to be directly responsible with its
property for whatever the Trustees do in conformity with its resolutions and instructions, and is in no such case to permit the Trustees to suffer any personal
loss whatsoever. If applicable, the custodian shall be hired by and receive instructions from the trustees.
